About the teacher

Bob Sorensen

Bob Sørensen studied, worked, and lived in 6 countries providing him significant insights into different working cultures and entrepreneurship. He has worked for over 25 years in senior positions for multinational companies and as an entrepreneur. He has founded multiple businesses and is a mentor and investor to start-ups and scale-ups. He is fascinated by human behaviour and personal development. How come some people seem to be on a fast track with less qualification and experience, while others with all the smarts and benefits seem to struggle? He contemplates why so many people, especially in the wealthy West, consume so many anti-depressants, alcohol and/or recreational drugs. Are they all chronically depressed and dissatisfied with their lives and livelihoods? Hence the majority will still need to go and perform at their job or own business every day.He has seen first-hand how this can affect the people around him; burnouts, divorce, derailment, and at worst, suicide. He regards this as people being disconnected from their blueprint. Lost on their personal track, career, and growth. Trying to find direction and one’s purpose are vital guidelines for many.In our life, we transition personally and professionally. Transformation requires clarity on where or in what you want to transform and leaving behind what is not needed or functional. This means serious introspection and sometimes tough choices.Sørensen has used his personal experiences to write a book and develop this training, having transitioned several times during his professional career. His primary goal is to provide guidance and support for individuals going through their career transitions and seeking to discover their professional purpose.
